Restorative Full Body Mobility Routine: Relax + Release Tension

Today I’d like to share a gentle, restorative mobility routine designed to calm the nervous system and melt away tension.

If you follow along, I invite you to think about how you can make the movements as easy and effortless as possible.

No strain, no force.

See if you can simply pay attention to the sensations of the breath and the gentle movements, allowing the body & mind to slowly soften and relax.

These types of sessions were instrumental in my recovery from chronic pain and long-covid, so I’m excited to share this with you, and I hope you find it as relaxing and rejuvenating as I do!

Let me know how you get on and if you have any questions in the comments section.
