Training. Like many others I’m currently training at home during the pandemic. It’s Winter time, which usually means the weather is a bit pants for outdoor training here in Wales. So I’m doing a simple dumbbell based routine in our small shed, combined with some mobility work, running and lots of ping pong. It does the job!

The Hero App. We’ve launched on the Playbook app – something I’m really excited about. The app is user friendly for you guys, but also makes it super easy for me to create and upload content. Right now we have some mobility content, a nutrition guide and some beginner strength stuff, but I’m excited to build it out over the next year. Check out the app here.

Life. We’re currently lying low and getting through the pandemic like everyone else. Grateful that we’re back living close to family, and that we’re able to work from home. I realise that there’s many people out there who don’t have that luxury!
