Luke Jones here – movement coach, nutritionist & personal trainer based in Newquay, Cornwall. 

I work with people from all walks of life –  budding athletes, weekend warriors, surfers, yogis, martial artists, and people just getting started on their movement journey. 

Through a tried and tested, holistic approach to movement, I can help you safely achieve your goals and build confidence in your body – all whilst developing a wide range of skills and regaining physical freedom.


Individualised programming tailored to your goals. Whether you want to improve strength, build muscle, lose weight, build specific skills like handstands or improve your performance in a sport. I only take on a handful of clients at a time to ensure the coaching quality is as high as possible.


As well as helping you achieve your goals, I'll aid you in building a solid movement base that can benefit you in every area of your life. It's not about you having to rely on me. I want you to feel empowered! To have the tools, understanding and confidence to forge your own path.


Fitness doesn't have to be all blood, sweat and tears. I'm not here just to wear you down or tire you out! My goal is for you to leave each session moving and feeling better than when you started. We'll work hard, but learn loads of new things and have great fun doing it!

In both my in-person and online coaching, I place a big focus on helping you become the most well-rounded athlete you can be. So you can get strike that balance between performance and wellbeing. 

This means first building a strong base of efficient breathing, sufficient mobility, and an understanding of positioning, nutrition and recovery principles.

We build upon this solid foundation with functional strength training, speed work and stamina, varying the time spent on each depending on your specific goals.

We then refine things and make any necessary tweaks, working on balance, motor control, muscular endurance, and anything else to help you become the most well-rounded athlete you can be.

My Coaching Method

I’ve been involved in sports all my life, and working as a coach since 2015. I take a holistic approach to personal training & nutrition coaching – it’s not just about getting you to work hard & sweat. I want to help you move & feel better! 

To do that, I take elements from conventional weight training, calisthenics, yoga, mobility, and martial arts. I also place a big emphasis on mindfulness, play, nutrition & recovery protocols – helping you find the balance between building functional fitness, having fun, and living a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle. 

  • Certified Mobility|WOD Movement & Mobility Specialist
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer – Level 2 Gym Instructor – Level 4 Nutritionist.
  • Competed on a National + European level in various sports.
  • Undertaken 8 Week Mindfulness Meditation + 10 Week Wim Hof Method Courses
