This means first building a strong base of efficient breathing, sufficient mobility, and an understanding of positioning, nutrition and recovery principles.
We build upon this solid foundation with functional strength training, speed work and stamina, varying the time spent on each depending on your specific goals.
We then refine things and make any necessary tweaks, working on balance, motor control, muscular endurance, and anything else to help you become the most well-rounded athlete you can be.
