Rope flow is a training tool originally developed by the Weck Method.

It involves various rotational patterns that mimic the mechanics of core human movements such as running, throwing, striking, swimming, climbing and beyond.

Like other rotational tools such as clubs and maces, it can be a fun, novel way to build endurance, mobility, mindfulness and general athleticism.
