DIY Plyo Box: How to Build a 3-in-1 Plyometric Box With Scrap Wood (100% Upcycled)

A DIY plyo box can be a useful tool for rows + pushup variations (elevating the legs), jump squats and mobility work

The trouble is, looking online, most plyo boxes are 100 quid or more, which I can’t justify. And most of the ones I’ve tried in gyms over the years haven’t felt as sturdy as I’d like.

So I decided that I’d like to have a go at making my own entirely out of scrap wood and a few basic tools.

I hope it’s useful, or at least mildly interesting.

I’m really happy with how it turned out – let me know if you have any questions or thoughts down in the comments!
