The HERO Warmup Joint Mobility Routine: Full Body Mobility Follow Along

Welcome to the Hero Warmup – one of my first fully body, follow along mobility routines.

I’m excited to bring you my first full-body stretching and mobility routine, the HERO Warmup.

It’s a full body movement flow, working from head to toe, designed to help free up your joints and prepare you for your training session or your day ahead.

It can also be used as a diagnostic tool to help you figure out which areas of the body may benefit from more attention with regards to improving mobility.
