However, a typical ketogenic diet is based predominantly around animal products and can lack a variety of vegetables. With mounting evidence supporting the benefits of a plant-based diet, Dr Will Cole has combined the best of both worlds with his ketotarian approach to eating.

In today’s video, I talk you through my 4-week ketotarian experiment, my results, the lessons I’ve learnt and any advice I’d give to those of you thinking of giving it a go.
