[drop_cap color=”#4a4a4a” background=”#ffffff”]L[/drop_cap]iving with back pain can feel not only frustrating, but disheartening too. It makes the simplest of tasks that little bit more challenging and can leave you feeling deflated.

For many of us, the source of this discomfort could actually be down to tight hips. By freeing up hips, that have stiffened up from hours of sitting and limited movement, we can start to improve our spinal mobility.

In today’s video, we’re working through a follow-along routine, focussing on hip and back mobility exercises to help free things up and manage pain.
